Mighty Milestone Makers is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property that may occur during participation in programs or events.

We reserve the right to update, change, or cancel programs as needed.

Mighty Milestone Makers provides enrichment classes and activities designed for children.
Participation is voluntary, and parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child’s readiness to participate.

2. Registration & Payment

Registration is required to secure a spot in classes and events.
All fees, donations, or payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Payments are accepted online through secure platforms.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

In the event a class is canceled by Mighty Milestone Makers, families will be notified promptly.
Make-up sessions or credits may be offered at the discretion of the organization.

4. Liability

Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for their child’s participation.
Mighty Milestone Makers is not liable for accidents, injuries, or personal property loss during classes or event

5. Media & Photography

Photos or videos may be taken during classes, events, or at partnering childcare centers.
Mighty Milestone Makers will only post identifiable images of children with prior written consent from a parent/guardian or from the childcare center, if applicable.
Images may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes to highlight programs and community impact

6. Privacy Personal information collected (such as names, emails, phone numbers) is used only for registration, communication, and program updates.

Information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

7. Code of Conduct

Children are expected to participate respectfully and safely.
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from class without refund.
